You can create your own support case online. Click here to describe your issue or question. You can also send attachments, such as a screenshot. A case number is sent to you by email for tracking. A customer service representative will contact you by email or phone.
Billing and Support Center
If you have access to the Billing and Support Center (located in Managed Access Gateway - Exostar's sign-on application) you can create an online case and then track the case's details and progress. To access the Billing and Support Center - log into MAG and then click the 'Billing and Support' button in the top right corner of the page.
