SecureForms is a software solution set that helps enterprises automate their business processes with flexible support of eruptible digital signatures.  The benefit to the customer can be categorized in three forms: Cost, Quality and Assurance:

Standard Features:

• Electronic Signature:  SecureForms supports all types of electronic signature, including username / password, Windows credentials, digital certificates, PKI, biometrics and third party verification integration.  
• Business Process Engine: SecureForms provides the enterprise with a configurable business process engine, assisting in modeling, enforcing and refining business process automation.  Supporting roles, groups and partial / multiple authorizations, the SecureForms business process engine helps organization define and refine their approval based business processes.
• Forms Management: SecureForms allows forms to be displayed to users in both online and offline basis, and uses industry standard formats (html, xml, PDF) for form creation and partial business logic enforcement.
• Auditability:  SecureForms stores all in forms data in standard relational databases. Importantly, SecureForms also stores all information about the associated forms approval (in a relational database), ensuring true transaction re-create ability.  
• Authorization and Access Control: SecureForms can act as a Single Sign On (SSO) mechanism, integrate with an existing SSO server, or integrate with username and password alone.
