How to Get Started
Registration: If you have not registered your organization yet with Exostar, click here for further details.
Administrators: If you are assigned to be an administrator for your organization, you will find a lot of useful information about your role and how to manage users under each product's 'Get Started' section.
Training Materials: Online training materials are available for each product. You can find the materials by navigating to the proper product page, and then clicking on the 'Training' link (right).
Login and Password Reset: Several of Exostar's products follow a similar process for a 'first time login' or 'password reset'. For both the Supply Chain Platform and ForumPass, click on the following link for assistance with these processes: First Time Login

Contact Customer Support
The link to contact Customer Support is provided in the top right corner of every ‘My Exostar’ page. The best way to contact us is by completing an online service request. This process asks some key questions and begins the documentation process, which speeds up our ability to respond in a timely manner. For more urgent questions, it is also possible to call Customer Support directly.
