Exostar takes a deny by default approach and the Compliant File Drop capability is disabled for any new or existing team. This capability must be enabled individually for each team. Only Sponsor Administrators and Team Managers can enable file drop within a team. Once enabled, anyone can send File Drop messages to the team using the provided Team Email Address.
To enable Team File Drop:
1. Open the Exostar Managed Microsoft 365 Teams app, go to Manage Teams, and select the team from the drop down.
2. Set Team File Drop to Enabled.
3. Click Save.
