Sponsor Administrators and Team Managers now have a way initiate or respond to correspondence with external partners from within the compliant channel. Keeping both sides of the conversation inside the File Drop Inbox in Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 preserves the audit trail and maintains the protections that File Drop was designed to provide.

- Compose Message form is similar to Send File Externally, without attachment (To/CC, BCC, Subject and Message)
- Rich text formatting of message
- Required disclaimer acknowledgment
- Sent messages display in File Drop Inbox
