Every change to workspace membership and roles is recorded in an audit log, giving Admins a defensible record of who had access and when.
What Gets Logged
PolicyPro™ records the following events, each with a timestamp, the acting user, and the affected user:
- Invitation sent
- Invitation accepted
- Invitation cancelled
- Invitation expired
- Role changed
- User removed
Log entries are immutable — once written, an entry cannot be edited or deleted.
Review Log
The audit log is queryable by workspace, so Admins can review the complete membership history for the workspace they administer.
