To access ALL OTHER applications, please continue to use the current MAG URL (https://portal.exostar.com).

Migration FAQs

Can I make profile changes during this time?
Exostar recommends abstaining from making profile changes during this time, because those changes will only affect the MAG instance in which you made the change. If you must make changes, ensure you make those changes in both MAG instances.

Profile changes include:
– Name change
– Password reset
– Address change
– Email change
Will my renewals take affect in both MAG instances?
Yes, renewals will apply to both instances of MAG, however, you MUST renew in the legacy MAG.
Where do I go to access Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 SMB?
Please use the new MAG URL at https://fedramp-ui.portal.exostar.com/
Where do I go to access my other subscriptions?
Please use the current MAG URL at https://portal.exostar.com
I have a customer-specific Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 environment, where do I access it?
Please continue using https://portal.exostar.com. If you do not see your Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 tile, please try the alternate URL https://fedramp-ui.portal.exostar.com/
I am an Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 Administrator and have pending user invitations. What happens to those invites?
You must resend any pending invitations via the new Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 instance at https://fedramp-ui.portal.exostar.com/. You can review any pending invitations in the Reports tab as a MAG Sponsor Administrator.
My credentials expired. What do I do now?
As long as your token still shows in your MAG account, you can follow the renewal process in the legacy MAG. To view your token in MAG:
1. Log into your MAG account.
2. Navigate to the My Account tab.
3. Select the Manage OTP sub-tab to view your token.
