This article describes the main areas of the SupplyLine application and how to move around it.
Sidebar Menu
The Sidebar Menu runs down the left side of the page and contains the following items:
- Current Supplier
- Parts
- File Exchange
- PO History
- PO Revisions (may not be available in some systems)
- Unit Loads (may not be available in some systems)
- Shipments (shown when your customer has enabled Create Shipment)
- View QRAs
- Tasks
- Unprinted ASNs/Shipments
- Settings
- Tools (contains Aged In-Transit, and QRA Sign-off when your customer has enabled sub-tier QRA sign-off)
Status Bar
The Status Bar at the top of the page displays:
- Your full name
- Last Schedule Refresh (date and time the schedule was last updated)
Broadcast Message
Broadcast messages are important announcements posted by your customer. The messages display on entry to the application and are listed with the date and time each was posted.
Current Supplier
It is essential to validate your user is linked to the correct supplier(s) by examining
Current Supplier, which displays one of the following three values by default:
- No Supplier Assigned: This displays when your user account is not linked to any supplier. Please contact your buyer to link your account to the appropriate supplier(s).
- All Suppliers: This displays when your account is linked to multiple suppliers. This is a dropdown menu which allows you to choose a specific supplier if needed.
- Supplier Name: This displays when your account is linked to a single supplier. The actual Supplier Name is displayed.
