Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay (LMP2P) Manage My Users

LMP2P Manage Users

Please note, this is an LMP2P Application Administrator-specific function. To manage users directly in the LMP2P Application:

1. From the LMP2P External Portal Home page, click the Manage My Users tab.

2. Search for the individual(s) who require the role change.

NOTE: You can search using several different criteria such as, Email ID, Exostar User ID, or Last Name.

3. Click the Search User button.

NOTE: To return a listing of all users associated to your LM Corporate ID, click the Show All button.

4. Select the desired user by clicking the row selection button to displays their information under the Contact Details section.

NOTE: The user’s email address and telephone display on the left and the user’s current roles display on the right.

5. Use the Assign Roles section to add or remove roles from a user. From the Available Roles table on the left, select the desired row selection button. Finally, click the Add button to add the role to the Mapped Roles column.

NOTE:  Use the Add All button to add multiple roles, or roles can be removed using the Remove and Remove All buttons.

6. Click Save Changes to save the user’s record.

NOTE: A confirmation message displays at the top of the screen stating the roles have been updated successfully.
