Use the Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&Ms) area to create, modify, review, and delete every Plan of Action item associated with your assessment. This area also appears automatically if you mark a practice Not Implemented and select View POA&M.
The POAM panel controls which items appear in the panels beside it. Select the blue plus icon to create a new POA&M, or the red trash icon to delete one. Each POA&M has a title, a point of contact, a deficiency description, and a progress status.
Milestones work the same way. Select a POA&M to see its milestones, then select a milestone to view or edit its title, planned actions, status, and scheduled completion date.
