Access Requirements: In order to access Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 and Supplier Management (SM), you must receive an invitation for an Exostar Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account, as well as purchase and setup a Phone One Time Password (OTP) without Proofing credential. Please see the entire process outlined below.
New Users
Step 1. Register for MAG Account
Managed Access Gateway (MAG) is a consolidated portal providing identity and access management as a cloud service for the Aerospace & Defense industries. Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 and Supplier Management (SM) application are available through MAG. You must receive an invitation from your Partner in order to access MAG and the applications.
2. Your browser displays a Get started with Exostar dialogue box. Click the Get Started button.
3. On the Complete the following information page, review the data for accuracy and input any missing fields. Select your Organization Headquarters Location from the country drop-down menu. Click Next.
4. A confirmation message will display your account registration details, along with further instructions sent via email for account activation.
Step 2. Activate User Account
Once Exostar approves your organization registration, you will receive an account activation email. Please review all information provided in the email, paying special attention to your Account Details and User ID.
IMPORTANT: The user who receives and accepts the new Organization Registration invitation, is automatically designated as the Organization Administrator for your company. For more information on your Administrative responsibilities, please see the MAG Organization Administrator page.
2. Click the Let’s Get Started button.
NOTE: The security questions option is no longer applicable or required.
3. Enter and re-enter a Password meeting the criteria listed on the screen. Click Next.
4. A confirmation message will display Your account is now active. Click Continue to open the MAG Dashboard.
If you are not an Organization Administrator, please skip Step 3. Accept Terms and Conditions and move on to Step 4. Purchase Phone OTP without Proofing Credential.
Step 3. Agree Terms and Conditions
If you are assigned the Organization Administrator role, you must agree to ALL MAG-related terms, as well as the Supplier Management and Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 Terms & Conditions before your users can access the applications. This process begins after you have activated your account.
IMPORTANT! Supplier Management Application Administrators can also accept Supplier Management Terms and Conditions. Follow steps 2 and 3 below.
2. Locate the Supplier Management and Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 tile under My Applications on the MAG Dashboard. Click the Agree to Terms button.
3. Review the Terms of Service documents. Check the box for I’ve read and agree to this terms and conditions. Click the Accept and Continue button to accept terms and conditions and navigate back to the dashboard.
Step 4. Purchase Phone OTP without Proofing Credential
Once you successfully accept the Terms and Conditions during the registration process, you are then prompted to setup your credential. Supplier Management and Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 requires (at a minimum), a Phone OTP without Proofing credential. To complete the next steps, make sure you have your mobile phone available during this process.
2. On the Purchase your Exostar Subscription page, select your Partner company, Elbit Systems, from the drop-down list.
3. Select the SMS OTP (No Proofing) option. Click Next.
NOTE: This is the Phone-based OTP option.
4. Review and input any missing information in the Primary Information, Billing Address, and Shipping Address sections. Click Next.
5. Select your Payment Method (credit or invoice). Input payment details, if paying by credit. Click Submit.
NOTE: If you pay by invoice, you must make full payment prior to receiving the hardware token.
6. A confirmation screen displays and you will receive a confirmation email, containing the license key required for the activation process. You can activate directly from the confirmation screen, or later via your MAG user account and the My 2FA Credentials section.
Step 5. Activate & Register Phone OTP
Once you complete your Phone OTP without Proofing credential purchase, you must active that credential using your mobile phone.
You can register up to three phone numbers to your OTP. It is highly recommended you register at least two phone numbers. In instances where you no longer have access to one phone number, you can login with the other and update the numbers associated with your subscription. For the protection of your account, the phone numbers can be updated only after you login with your phone OTP. This can all be managed via the Manage OTP sub-tab in your MAG account.
2. Enter your license key. Click Next.
3. The MAG Service Agreement displays ONLY if you have not already accepted. Review the terms. Click Agree and Continue.
4. Click the Activate button on the Phone-based One-Time Password tile.
5. Enter and re-enter your mobile phone number. Select the desired radio button: Send text or Send voice. Click Next.
6. You will receive a verification code to your mobile phone. Enter the verification code in the field provided. Click Next.
NOTE: You will receive a confirmation pop-up that your mobile number has been added for phone-based one-time password (2FA).
7. Click Finish to navigate back to the MAG Dashboard.
Step 6. Access Applications
Once you complete the registration and credentialing process, you can access Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 and Supplier Management applications.
IMPORTANT! You MUST use Google Chrome to access the SM application.
2. Locate Supplier Management or Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 in the Applications section on your MAG Dashboard. Select the Launch button to open the application.
3. Select the phone number you want to receive the OTP code. Choose the delivery method. Click Send to have the code sent to your phone.
4. You will receive the OTP code on your phone. Enter the code in the OTP code field. Click Next to open the application.
NOTE: Once you receive the code, it will be valid for the next two minutes. If the code expires, click Resend verification code.
