The version you are currently using has been renamed Exostar Certification Assistant (Legacy) and will continue to be available to all subscribers. We want to make this new version available to all of our customers as quickly as possible, but adopting this new version will require some data migration from the older version. We are still working through the details on how to automate that process and will reach out to you when we can facilitate your individual migration.

A: No. You can continue to use the solution you purchased under its new name, Exostar Certification Assistant (Legacy)
Q: Will my renewal price change with this new version?
A: At this time, Certification Assistant pricing is not changing.
Q: When can I get the new version of Certification Assistant?
A: Given the different underlying technologies, moving to the new version will require a migration of your existing data. Exostar is working on a plan to make that as automated and painless as possible and will make additional instructions available in the near future.
What is Certification Assistant?
Exostar’s Certification Assistant is a SaaS-based tool used to assist DoD contractors in meeting and managing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. Certification Assistant helps Suppliers:
– Understand, manage and achieve CMMC and NIST requirements
– Continuously monitor progress of each practice and process
– Maintain current CMMC and NIST levels and target future CMMC and NIST levels with higher confidence
