LM eInvoicing Get Started

Access Requirements: You must have an Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG) user account. You must also purchase and set-up a Phone One Time Password (OTP) with Proofing credential. 
Identity Proofing refers to the process by which Exostar verifies the legitimacy of users’ digital identities. The sections below provide instructions for users who already have an account and for those that do not.

Existing User

If you already have a user account in MAG, please follow the steps below to gain access to the LM eInvoicing application:

1. Login to your MAG user account. Navigate to the Request Applications tab on the MAG dashboard.

2. Locate the LM eInvoicing application tile. Click the Request Access button.

NOTE: This routes your request to the LM eInvoicing Application Administrator for approval. To view the LM eInvoicing Application Administrators for your organization, select the View Organization Details link from the Details drop-down in the application tile. From here, you can locate contact information, should you need to reach out to an admin for approval.

Once the Application Administrator approves your access request, the LM eInvoicing Application tile displays under the My Applications tab via the MAG Dashboard. Click Launch to open the application. 

If the Request Access button does not display, your organization does not currently have access to LM eInvoicing application. Please send an email to the LMP2P Help Desk at inquiries.supplier@lmco.com to help resolve this issue.


New User

If you do not currently have a MAG user account, please reach out to your Organization’s Administrator to create a new user account for you. If you do not know who your Organization Administrator is, please reach out to Exostar’s Customer support, by selecting the Contact Support button located along the right-hand side of this page.
