Go to Reports → Audit Log. As a Sponsor Admin, you see activity scoped to your organization. Your view includes Thread Subject and File Name columns.
Results Table Columns
Date/Time (in your local time zone), Category, Event, Actor, Affected User, Details. The Sponsor Domain column is not shown — every entry belongs to your sponsor.

Entry Detail Panel and Export
Select any row to open the detail panel, which shows all 12 fields including Thread Subject, File Name, Thread GUID, Message ID, and File ID. Select Export to Excel to download all matching entries as an .xlsx. Max 50,000 entries per export.
